Traditional Braces
Tried and true, traditional bonded braces have lasted the test of time because they produce predictable and reliable treatment results! While some offices cut corners, at Serene Orthodontics we provide only the highest quality brackets and bonding materials (all USA manufactured) to make sure your treatment goes as smoothly as possible. We offer traditional metal and ceramic brackets for our patients and digital scanning, no more infamous gagging impression material!
What are the steps?
1. New Patient Consultation

2. Brackets, Wires, and O-Ties Placement
At your bonding appointment, we will clean and isolate your teeth and Dr. Mana will place and bond all your brackets while our team ensures you are totally comfortable. You’ll pick your o-tie colors (what many patients look forward to the most) and we’ll review braces care, food restrictions, and schedule your follow up appointments.

3. Follow Ups
Easy as that, from now on it’s important to schedule adjustments with Dr. Mana every 4-8 weeks (determined case by case). At these appointments, we’ll change your wires/o-tie colors. evaluate your treatment progress, and of course keep an eye on your oral hygiene.

4. Debond
Lights, Camera, Smile! Your braces are ready to say goodbye and your smile is ready to be showcased to the world. At this appointment we’ll remove your braces, take your final photos, and go over retainer instructions.

Appliance Therapy
Some cases require additional appliances in order to achieve desired treatment outcomes. Palatal Expanders, Fixed Bite Plates, and Growth Modification Appliances (such as Invisalign Mandibular Advancement, Invisalign Expander, Facemask, Forsus etc.), will all be discussed on a case by case basis with patients who would benefit from these services. We offer both fixed and removable appliance options for maximum patient comfort.
